You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and at least 18 to place orders or register as a service provider. When signing up you must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number, which we verify with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activities on your account. Each person may hold only one account, and accounts are personal and non-transferable.
We may restrict, suspend, or permanently block accounts involved in unusual, suspicious, or harmful activity — including fraud, fake or repeatedly cancelled orders, misuse of balances or vouchers, abuse or harassment of other users or providers, attempts to access other users' data, ban evasion through multiple accounts, or any other violation of these terms. Where necessary to protect the platform, suspension takes immediate effect and without prior notice. Blocked accounts may lose access to pending orders, credits obtained through misuse, and app features. If you believe your account was blocked in error, contact us at support@watermonster.io and we will review your case.
Through the app you can order water refills, tank cleaning, and other home services, and purchase products from stores on the platform. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by a provider or store. Prices, order totals, and voucher discounts are calculated by our platform at the time of ordering. You may cancel an order before it is fulfilled; repeated abusive cancellations may lead to account restrictions. Delivery and service times are estimates and may vary with conditions such as traffic, weather, and provider availability.
Payments can be made by card — processed securely by Stripe — or by other methods offered at checkout, such as cash on delivery. Some stores maintain a prepaid credit balance for you; deposits to this balance are recorded by the store, and the balance can only be spent on that store's orders. Loyalty vouchers earned through repeat orders are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently. If you believe a charge or balance is incorrect, contact us and we will investigate.
Providers registering on the platform must submit accurate business information and valid documents, and keep them up to date. Providers may bid on service requests; placing a bid is a commitment to honour the offered price if accepted. Providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Water Monster — the service contract for each order is between you and the provider. We may verify, approve, or remove providers at our discretion, but we do not guarantee the quality of their work. If you choose to communicate with a provider through WhatsApp or other external channels, those communications are outside the platform.
You may upload videos, images, comments, reviews, and other content to the app. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Water Monster a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the app so the service can work. You must have the rights to everything you upload. Content that is illegal, misleading, abusive, sexually explicit, or infringing is prohibited. Users can report content, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules at our discretion. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
If you connect a Water Monster tank device, sensor readings, alerts, and water quality information are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. They depend on correct installation, connectivity, and device condition. Do not rely on the app as your only safeguard against leaks, overflow, or water quality issues. If you invite others to view your tank, you are responsible for the access you grant.
The app may be used for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems; interfere with the app's operation or security; scrape or copy data; place fraudulent orders; manipulate bids, reviews, or vouchers; or use the platform to harass, deceive, or harm others. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access and, where appropriate, legal action.
All intellectual property rights in the app — including its design, logo, branding, and software — belong to Water Monster or its licensors. No part of the app may be copied, modified, or reused without our written permission, except for content you own.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Water Monster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for losses caused by providers or stores fulfilling your orders, for inaccurate sensor data, or for interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access as described in section 3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licences, payment obligations, and limitations of liability — continue to apply.
We may update these terms periodically. We will announce significant changes through the app, and the latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the changes.
